I'm Bob Forman Broker/Owner of Lannon Stone Realty, LLC. I would like to share a bit about my background. After spending the first 50+ years of my life living in the Milwaukee area; my wife, Tina and I moved to Florida in 2008. Upon moving to Florida, I embarked on a new career in real estate and realized it was my true calling! I really love helping people through the process of real estate. Over the years, we have found ourselves traveling to Wisconsin more and more frequently; especially after our daughter brought us a son-in-law and two of the sweetest granddaughters. About three years ago, I got my license in Wisconsin and have since been practicing real estate successfully in both states. In the chaos of 2020, I began my own real estate firm in Wisconsin — Lannon Stone Realty. Our new life plan is to spend most of our time in Wisconsin - this is where we want to be personally and professionally. We want to spend more time with family while helping people successfully through real estate transactions! Having been a business owner for many years and a consumer for my entire life has taught me to listen and understand. I am committed to following through on my word and strong communication. I try to always answer my calls (my family might say too much) but I also am passionate about giving my undivided attention to my clients in front of me. I believe in prompt returns of calls, texts, and emails when I do miss a message. I have the knowledge, skills, and expertise to help give my clients the information they need to make the best buying and selling decisions. I have been very successful here in helping my customers achieve their dreams and goals. I am available seven days per week to give you the best service possible. I pride myself in my ability to help my clients win bidding wars and helping them understand the advantages of one offer versus another when selling their home.
